HOT ! Only a Few Left｜Pink Floyd: Animals - 2018 Remix Edition (180g) Vinyl LP｜ Other Products

"Animals is the tenth studio album by Pink Floyd, originally released in January 1977. It is a concept album that provides a scathing critique of the social-political conditions of late-70s Britain, and presents a marked change in musical style from their earlier work. Animals was recorded at the band's studio, Britannia Row, in London, but its production was punctuated by the early signs of discord that three years later would culminate in keyboardist Richard Wright leaving the band. The album artwork has been reimagined for this release. The 28-page booklet features rarely seen behind the scenes photographs of the album sleeve shoot along with live images and memorabilia." - Columbia"With the original 1977 album cover being such an iconic piece of stand-alone art, I had the chance to update it, which was a rather daunting task, but Hipgnosis took the opportunity to re photograph the image to reflect a changing world, and by using modern digital colouring techniques I kept Pink Floyd’s rather bleak message of moral decay using the Orwellian themes of animals, the pig ‘Algie’, faithful to the message of the album." - Aubrey ‘Po’ Powell
