A pair of solid Baltic birch fingerboard kickers, each 6 inches long and 2.25 inches tall, hand sanded in our Rochester, NY shop.
Face them at each other for a hip, set them nose to nose over a gap, or line them up end to end for a run the length of your desk. Both are cut from the same file, so the pair in your box matches and the transitions read as one obstacle instead of two.

The BuildEvery Session x Teak piece starts as a design our own crew rides before it goes into production. We laser cut the parts from high grade Baltic birch plywood, glue and assemble them by hand, then hand sand every edge until the lips and landings feel finished. Every obstacle is handcrafted start to finish in our Rochester, NY shop. Session Fingerboards is part of the Teak Tuning family, and the Session x Teak collaboration line is where our fingerboarding obstacles come from.
Materials and WearSolid birch ply, glued and hand sanded. The faces scuff and burnish darker where you ride them, and because both kickers come off the same cut file, they wear in as a matched pair.
CareKeep it dry and indoors. Plywood swells if it sits in moisture, so keep it off damp surfaces and wipe it with a dry cloth. Use a dry cloth on the acrylic and skip solvents and polish, they haze the finish.
